To set your audio guide, simple to tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner, then go to Settings. Look for option to choose between "Voice", "Beeps", and "Mute".

Below that will be another option, to choose to make the guide louder than your background music.

Please make sure the mute switch on the side of the device is off.
